A one floor duplex with small covered porch across the front. Each side has two bedrooms one bath. Each bedroom has double bed and a couch that makes into a bed. Ceiling fans in each room. Back of house is uncovered deck with grill and picnic table. A few steps to end of circle and public beach. Walk to canal and pier, both good fishing.

April-October:	$110/day, $650/week
November-March:	$650/month plus utilities

11% bed tax to be added to all rent charges
