One floor home with two bedrooms, two bath and a sleeping porch. Master bedroom has double bed and full bath. Other bedroom has queen bed, sleeping porch sleeps four. Large screen porch with table and chairs and carport with picnic table. Only steps to the beach on a dead end street. Walk to canal and pier, both good fishing.

April-October:	$150/day, $900/week
November-March:	$900/month plus utilities

11% bed tax to be added to all rent charges
